Emeka Iwu is a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL v4 practitioner transitioning into IT with a focus on ITSM, systems administration, and cloud infrastructure. He holds certifications across the ServiceNow, AWS, and Microsoft Azure platforms and backs them with a growing portfolio of real, self-built projects.
His most recent project is a fully functional on-premises Active Directory environment built from scratch across two physical Hyper-V hosts: two Windows Server 2022 Domain Controllers with AD replication and DNS, two bare metal client machines running Windows 10 and Windows 11, five Group Policy Objects, role-based security groups, delegated helpdesk control, and shared storage with NTFS permissions, all joined to his registered domain emeka.cloud. On the ServiceNow side, he maintains a Personal Developer Instance with completed scoped applications including an automated retail return system built with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and a self-service portal. His next phase connects both environments through a MID Server integration, feeding discovery data into a live CMDB.
Emeka spent three years working directly with vulnerable adults in a clinical setting before making the move into tech, an experience that shaped how he communicates, how he handles pressure, and how seriously he takes the people on the other side of a support ticket. He is currently targeting his first professional IT or ServiceNow role, with a longer-term focus on ITSM operations and systems administration within a company where he can contribute from day one, learn, and grow steadily into greater responsibility.
